At Chocolate Carousel we work with each bride and groom individually to make sure their wedding cake fits their personality, style and budget. We offer a complimentary cake consultation and tasting as part of our wedding cake package.  Please call 732-280-0606 to schedule an appointment.  We recommend that appointments are scheduled as far in advance as possible to ensure the date of your wedding is available.   Due to the fact that we do not mass produce our cakes, we limit the number of events each weekend and often book up during peek season.  Bookings are made on a first come basis.

Prices vary based upon number of servings, cake choice and design elements.  A firm quote will be made at the time of the consultation.

Our cakes are custom and made to order so we are pleased to offer a wide variety of flavor and design choices.  While we have an extensive cake book of pictures to choose from, we are also happy to custom design a your cake to meet your individual style.  Additionally, If you have a picture of a cake you’d like, we always welcome that as well!

If you are looking for something unique or less traditional, we also offer cupcake towers and individual cakes. Prices vary based on design.

Additionally, Chocolate Carousel is the bakery of choice for many of the finest caterers and banquet facilities in the area.  Please let us know when booking your consultation if your cake is included within a package from one of our clients.
